This home was originally constructed in 2012 as a speculative residence. During the tail end of the previous economic recession our founder and custom client became an investor and created a plan to build this home at this spectacular location. The home was finished and went under contract within the same week. The new homeowners enjoy the proximity of the mountain, shopping, and downtown. Their mountain home lives very well on the side of a cliff at the Ridge Road residence.
